Planning applications in York. This dataset has been created under the guidance of the Local Open Data Incentive Scheme. The Local Open Data Incentive Scheme provides monetary incentives for councils to publish data on specific themes in standard tabular formats using the ArcGIS Open Data portal.

To comply with current OS licensing regulations, data derived from Mastermap polygon features have been converted into point features. Planning applications are covered under the OS OpenData licence - ‘Generic’ streamlined derived data exemption.
