Alcohol Restriction Zones

Description

Dataset containing historic and current alcohol restriction zones in York.

In September 2017 York's DPPOs (alcohol restriction zones) were reviewed and a number of them were withdrawn, due to the lack of alcohol-related crimes within such areas in the previous 3 years. The remaining DPPOs were replaced by public protection orders (PSPOs). For further information on PSPOs please visit Council's website.

*Please note that the data published within this dataset is a live API link to CYC's GIS server. Any changes made to the master copy of the data will be immediately reflected in the resources of this dataset. The date shown in the "Last Updated" field of each GIS resource reflects when the data was first published.
