I'd also like to see sustainability principles and holistic thinking applied to the provision of services - e.g. investing in public transport, cycling and walking will help improve air quality which improves public health etc. Investing in encouraging people to reduce & reuse as well as recycle may lower recycling rates in the short term but zero waste is the right thing to aim for in order to achieve a circular, resilient economy.
